Logging a Defect
If you need to report an Defect in your home, the quickest and easiest way to do this is through out online client portal, clixifix®.
clixifix®brings everything into one place, making it simple to log, track and manage any Defects. You can submit Defects 24/7, upload photos or videos, and follow progress in real time, giving you full visibility from start to finish.
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by our Client Care team and assigned to the appropriate contractor to resolve.
Complaints
