Norse Homes was established in 2012 with the core strategy of becoming specialists in house design and construction, from small bespoke local developments to large multiphase strategic schemes.

Within our team we have an expansive depth of construction experience, including all sectors of housing, from high rise inner city to small brownfield village locations.

We pride ourselves in achieving the highest standards set in housing construction, the NHBC standards. All our developments are targeted from their conception, through to completion, to achieve and exceed those standards.

For our clients, commercial viability is a priority, and we pride ourselves in honest and open commercial detail which allows our clients to have confidence in a solid financial approach to any development.

Delivering Sustainable Construction

At Norse Homes we strive for all our developments to be as environmentally efficient as possible.

Using the latest construction techniques and industry standards we target the highest achievable EPC and SAP ratings available at each of our developments.

Further to this, we have introduced a new and unique scheme to assist us in delivering this ethos;

We are committed to planting or retaining one tree for every New Build plot that we construct and guide all of our clients towards renewable sources of energy, (where financially viable) to assist in the achievement of an energy performance A Rating.
